1.What is the delivery time for orders?

Usually,we need 7-10 working days to make your dress,in the busy season,the time would be 10-15 working days and then 3-7 working
days to ship the dress.





2.Can i choose rush order service?

1). 7-day rush order, which means 5 days time to finish, and shipping time 2 days extra fee is USD 70,$48 for rush order fee and $22 for UPS or Fedex.In this case,we will send you the dress within 1 week.


2).10-day rush order, which means 6 days time to finish, and shipping time 2 days
    extra fee is USD 50.

3.What is the return policy?

We realize that it is difficult to purchase a wedding dress over the Internet, and we really want you to be happy with your

4.Can you make dress outside your website?

Sure,we can make the dress for you through the picture you send to us.You can just send us the picture of the dress you want,
and we will quote for you.We will make a special link for you to make the order and pay for it.Pls send us the pictures as detailed as possible.

Secondly you make out the color,size(custom made measurement),quantity and back style,then, click add To Cart then the dress has been bought. If you want to buy other items, you could click continue.Otherwise, you could click check out.
Thirdly, go check out and make the payment,about how to pay,pls see here For items not from our website,pls contact us to make the special link for you and then do the same as the items on our website.

8. How should I clean my gowns?


Please get your dress cleaned after each time you wear it. Please take your gowns to a professional dry cleaner the specializes in bridal dresses. Your normal cleaner may damage the precious dress by using the wrong chemicals.




9. How can i keep track on my dress?

During the process,you can send us an email to ask about the update.After we finish the dress,we will send you the tracking
number to track your package.





10. Can you cancel my order?

Sure.But pls note that we will begin to make your dress as soon as your order information is confiemed.If you cancel your order
before the confirmation,we will full refund all your money.If we have already started making your order,we will not offer you fulll refund for your order,we will deduct the fabric cost and laber cost from your payment.




11. Do you have any dress in stock?

Yes, we have some dresses in standard size, all of them are brand new. We made them for immediate dispatch. We can forward  the

We will.Usually, there would be no damage, because we would pack the dress in one dust bag or thick plastic bag. They can protect the dress from damage. But if there is any damage during the shipping please contact our customer services first. We will check this problem carefully and reply you within 24 hours and wil give you a favorable reply and resend you a new dress.But we may ask you to send ud a photo of the damaged dress to help us claim to the shipping carrier.





17.Is there any extra charge except the price?

No,there would be no any extra charge for customization,shipping or custom fee.We will offer you free shipping if your order's over £
150,or you should pay £ 22 as the shipping fee.We will mark your parcel as gift to avoid the custom fee.
